Basic Exterior Package

The Basic Exterior Package consists of an inspection of the exterior of the house and includes:

>> A physical inspection of the exterior of the house including doors, windows and other entrances, where possible, to ensure they are properly closed and secure and/or a visual inspection of these areas where physical inspection is not an option. Also a visual inspection of house exterior including roof, siding, lighting and faucets.

>> A physical inspection of all doors and windows of all garages, sheds and other outbuildings, where possible, to ensure they are properly closed and secure and/or a visual inspection where physical inspection is not an option. Also a visual inspection of the exterior of these buildings including roof, siding, lighting etc.

>> Visual inspection of the exterior of client’s vehicles that are parked outside. This includes tires, windows and general exterior appearance plus physical inspection of vehicle doors and windows to ensure they are properly closed and secure.

> Visual inspection of the yard, in general, including trees, shrubs, lawn, fences, gates, decks, or other structures not already mentioned.

>> Removal of flyers, papers or other mail as directed by the client

>> Liaise with client, key holder or other person on terms directed by the client

>> Any other requests form the client that are within the scope of House Watch Ltd

Basic Exterior Package: $25 per visit plus GST

Situations may arise that prohibit a proper physical inspection of the exterior or interior of a house, yard, vehicle, etc. due to such things as excessive amounts of snow, floods or any other problems. In situations such as these attempts will be made to conduct at least a visual inspection of the area. Photos where required and documentation will be provided outlining the specific problem.
