Other Rates and Fees

Key holder Fees: Initial call plus response: $50 (includes 1 hour stay at the premise) plus $25 per hour for every hour spent thereafter.

Other Fees: $25 per hour for time spent at the premise (after initial one hour wait) for any other reason and includes such things as time waiting for a key holder, waiting for and/or assisting in Police investigation in relation to the property or waiting for trades etc that may be required to repair damage to the property
