Damaged Property
If damage is found during an inspection attempts will be made to determine the cause. In cases where the damage appears to be caused by criminal activity then the Police will be called. An assessment will be made to address the need for repairs and if the damage requires immediate attention and the client so wishes, House Watch Ltd will arrange to have them completed. We will also remain on premise until such repairs are completed and the property can be properly secured. Arrangements can also be made to contact the homeowner’s insurance company, key holder or any other person or business of the client’s choosing. Photos of all damage will also be taken and will be supplied to the client. All time committed to performing these tasks will be subject to fees as noted in the agreed fee structure.
