Security Manager
Development of overall security plan for the inaugural 2005 Edmonton Grand Prix Racing event which was attended by over 200,000 people.
Provided site threat assessment at the location (Municipal Airport) and protection services for the international racing teams.
To oversee the selection of all 175 security personal. Developed and implemented the training process relating to the racing requirements and events.
Managed and supervised all personal during the duration of the event dealing with security matters and other related issues as they occurred.

Sergeant – Tactical Unit (Dec 97 – Aug 05)
Training of tactical members to ensure members perform to a standard set out in the tactical policy guide which includes, but is not limited to tactics, firearms training, VIP, hostage rescue, threat and site assessments, etc.
Supervise the tactical deployment of members at the scene of high-risk incidents.
Formulate and implement strategic plans to successfully conclude high-risk incidents.
To ensure to the best of ones abilities, members, civilians and subjects safety at high-risk incidents.
To co-ordinate tactical support with requesting divisions or agencies.
Detective – Child Abuse Unit (Sept 92 – Dec 97)
Involved in the investigation of serious physical and sexual assaults of children under fourteen years of age.
Interviewing of victims, witnesses and suspects.
Collection of evidence and documentation that was essential in compiling reports and search warrants essential for successful prosecution in court.
Detective – Homicide Section (Sept 91 – Sept 92)
Coordinated and investigated homicides as per above.
Utilized numerous surveillance techniques including D.N.R. Warrant and G.P.S. tracking.
