 House Watch Ltd. conducts inspections of homes, garages, vehicles etc as noted below as a service to individuals who are expecting to be away from their homes for a period of time and wished them to be monitored. The inspections will be done at intervals agreed to by the client and House Watch Ltd. and at random times of the day. Exceptions to that 3 day rule may occur due to unforeseen incidents such as severe weather, vehicular problems or any other occurrences that would prohibit attendance or in situations where the homeowner directs otherwise. Written documentation of the inspections and subsequent findings will be provided upon completion. Results will be emailed to client within 24 hrs. of inspection barring unforseen difficulties. Arrangements can also be made to update the client on a regular basis while they are absent.
